Fees & Investment
Therapy can be one of the most meaningful investments you can make in your relationships and yourself. We aim to be transparent about what that looks like.
Why Therapy
We invest in a lot of things.
Cars. Gym memberships. Phones we upgrade every couple of years. A vacation that's over in a week. We invest in these things without much hesitation.
But research is consistent: our long-term wellbeing is significantly impacted by the quality of our close relationships — and our relationship with ourselves. Sometimes these become what we invest in least.
Therapy is one of the few investments that compounds. The patterns you change, the way you learn to navigate conflict, and the deeper understanding of yourself can keep shaping how you live, even after the sessions end.
Our relationships shape our lives.
Decades of research point to a consistent pattern: the quality of our close relationships is one of the strongest predictors of health, longevity, and life satisfaction. Again and again, researchers have found that supportive, reliable relationships matter profoundly for how well we live.
And yet, relationships are often shaped more by habit than by intention.
Therapy is about taking the reigns of your life and relationships into your own hands — building towards the kind of life you can flourish in.
Our relationships shape our lives.

A few more details
Sliding Scale
A limited number of sliding scale spots may be available for clients who demonstrate financial need. If cost is a barrier, please raise it during your free 15-minute consultation.
Cancellation
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full session fee.
Emergencies happen. If an exceptional circumstance prevents you from giving notice, reach out as soon as you can — we handle these situations individually and with care.
Good Faith Estimate
Your right under federal law: Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a written Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before beginning services.
A Good Faith Estimate outlines anticipated per-session fees and a projected number of sessions so you can make informed decisions before committing. It is not a contract — actual duration depends on your needs and progress.
If you receive a bill $400 or more above your estimate, you have the right to dispute it. More at cms.gov/nosurprises.
Request one at [email protected] before your first session.
Please note that a Good Faith Estimate may change or be updated if the treatment goals or direction changes during the course of therapy.
