Family Therapy

Specialized family therapy in Orem, Utah and via telehealth across the state.

What it is

Family therapy at ISDR is systemic, meaning we consider the whole picture and avoid labeling any one individual as "the problem." Whether you're navigating anxiety, divorce, supporting a neurodivergent child, or working through long-standing communication breakdowns, we create a structured therapy environment aimed at supporting growth for the whole family system.

What to expect

01

Free Consultation

A 15-minute call to understand what brings you in, answer your questions, and determine whether we are the right fit.

02

Assessment Sessions

The first 2-3 sessions are dedicated to building a thorough understanding of your history, goals, and the dynamics you want to address.

03

Collaborative Goal-Setting

Together, we articulate what success looks like for you — specific, realistic, and grounded in your values.

04

Ongoing Therapy

Weekly or biweekly sessions working toward your goals, with regular check-ins to ensure the work continues to feel aligned.

Specializing Therapist

"Healing happens when we feel truly seen — not despite our complexity, but because of it."

— Sarah Keegan
