Workshops

Intensive educational experiences for people who want to supercharge their relationship.

What it is

Our workshops are structured educational experiences designed to deliver the kind of relational insight and skill-building tools that are typically reviewed over several weeks of relationship therapy — compressed into a low-cost, time-limited experience.

Our workshops are facilitated by relationship specialists with a variety of clinical experiences. During the workshops you may learn new perspectives, communication tools, and work through guided exercises together.

While our workshops cover topics discussed in therapeutic settings, they do not constitute therapy and attending one does not create a patient-therapist relationship.

Who it's for

  • Couples who want to do meaningful relational work without a long-term therapy commitment
  • Partners who are engaged or newly married and want to start from a solid foundation
  • Couples in a good place who want to go deeper, building something intentional
  • Those who have tried therapy before and want a different format
  • People in therapy who want to supplement their work with an alternative perspective
  • Couples navigating a transition and looking for tools to move through it together

What to expect

01

Register

Reserve your spot for an upcoming Saturday. Space is limited to keep the experience focused.

02

Relationship Assessment

Both partners complete a relationship assessment before the day — included in the registration cost. This gives facilitators context and gives you a starting point for discussions.

03

Workshop

The workshop may be held in a single day or spread over multiple days. Reach out to see when the next one is available.

04

Take It Home

Leave with a concrete set of tools and more shared language for communication and understanding.

Facilitators

$250 per couple — includes the relationship assessment. Offered periodically on Saturdays at our Orem office or online.
