Relationship Reset Workshop

Four sessions' worth of relational tools in one workshop.

What it is

Good relationships don't just happen — they're built. The Relationship Reset Workshop is an intensive educational experience for partners at any stage of a relationship who want to start that work deliberately, in a structured environment, with expert guidance.

ISDR built this experience to provide the equivalent of four therapy sessions' worth of evidence-based relational tools in a single workshop. It's designed to help you leave with more shared language and understanding of how you function as a couple: your attachment styles, your conflict patterns, and what it looks like to build toward what comes next.

While we cover topics discussed in therapeutic settings, this workshop does not constitute therapy and does not create a patient-therapist relationship.

What you'll cover

  • Common conflict stylesLearn which conflict style describes your interactions best.
  • Communication pitfallsDiscover common communication pitfalls and how to avoid them.
  • Difficult topicsSee why certain topics commonly cause friction for couples and how to begin navigating them
  • Concrete toolsLearn tools for understanding emotions and navigating them more effectively

Who it's for

  • Dating, engaged, married, or in a long-term relationship — this workshop is for any couple ready to do intentional work
  • Partners who want a taste of therapy-like information without the ongoing weekly commitment
  • Partners who feel like they've drifted and want a structured way back
  • Couples who are doing fine but want to do better
  • Non-traditional relationships who want to continue building what's next
