Our identity and neurodivergence relational specialist - across individuals, relationships, and families.
Sarah Keegan is a compassionate and socially-informed therapist working with individuals, couples, and families. She creates an inclusive, trauma-informed space where clients can explore identity, heal from relational wounds, and build lives that feel authentically their own.
Sarah holds a Master's in Couple and Family Therapy from Kansas State University, where she also earned her undergraduate degree in Human Development and Family Science with a minor in Conflict Analysis and Trauma Studies. She draws from Narrative Therapy, Virginia Satir's Experiential Model, Integrative Behavioral Couples Therapy, Gottman psychoeducation, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
A self-described recovering perfectionist with late-diagnosed ADHD, Sarah brings both personal and professional insight to her work with clients navigating perfectionism, low self-worth, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and life transitions. She is a member of the LGBTQ-Affirmative Therapy Guild.
"Healing happens when we feel truly seen — not despite our complexity, but because of it."
